A marriage, a child, a parent getting older, a job that has gone wrong, a question about something Jewish they were never taught, a death, a decision. Also nothing in particular. All of those are normal here and none of them is too small.
Yes. Conversations are treated privately and confidentially, and nothing you say is raised with you afterwards unless you raise it first.
No. Nobody here keeps a register and nobody is going to open with it. If you have not been in twenty years, or ever, that is a fine place to start from.
No. Nothing on this website that involves talking to a person costs money.
Bring somebody with you if you would rather not come alone — a spouse, a friend, a parent. Say so when you book, or just arrive together.
