You can stop with one click, from any email, without logging in and without being asked why.
Your address is not shared or sold, and there is nobody we would share it with. See the privacy page if you want the detail.
The office can see when an email is opened. Each email carries a tiny image that records only that it was opened, and when. It does not follow you anywhere.
It never arrives on Shabbat or Yom Tov. The system that sends it knows the Hebrew calendar and holds anything that would land during one until afterwards.
